The bookshop of a contemporary museum such as the M9, designed by Sauerbruch Hutton, belongs to its architecture. Its materials are therefore, as in this case, the structure’s concrete and the baubuche industrial wood with which the carved, suspended and assembled display shelves of the display solutions are composed.
The space is thus part of the overall project, dialectically set up between the misaligned walls of its architecture.
